摘　　要：南京市雨花台区成功打造了以电子健康档案为核心的区域卫生信息化建设,之前老的网络模式比较陈旧,通过升级改造,实现了区卫生信息中心,社区卫生服务中心、社区卫生服务站的三点网络互连互通,数据共享。雨花台区卫生信息中心的内部专网由广电和联通的线路形成了一个环行网络,各区属医疗机构利用这次项目已经把自己的网络全部改造成可网管的专业网络构架。Nanjing city Yuhuatai district successfully built in electronic health records as the core of the regional health informatization construction, before the old network mode is dated, through the upgrading, realize the district health information center, community health service centers, community health service station of the three network interconnection, data sharing, Yuhuatai health information center of internal network by radio and communication lines are formed in a ring network, each belonging to a medical institntions use this project has put its network all transformed into network professional network architecture
