快干水性变速箱车桥防腐涂料的制备

摘　　要：采用以环氧树脂为改性剂,以自制水性稳定剂为助剂,制得了贮存稳定性及水溶性优良、相对分子量分布均匀的水性环氧酯树脂,通过设计合理的颜料体积浓度,选择鳞片状的填料使涂膜致密,具有较好的阻氧阻水率,通过选择性能优异的防锈颜料,使得涂膜的抗起泡性和膜下钢板的耐腐蚀性大大提高,并通过特种催干剂的选择添加,制备了快干水性变速箱车桥防腐涂料,并对影响快干水性变速箱车桥防腐涂料的因素进行了探讨。Based on epoxy resin as modifier and self-made waterborne stabilizer as additive, waterborne epoxy ester resin is made. This resin has good storage stability, outstanding water solubility and relative molecular weight with uniform distribution. Through reasonable pigment binder ratio, to choose flaky filler to make compact film with good oxygen and water resistance rate, to use anti-rust pigment with good properties to make coatings with good anti-tbaming and anti-corrosion properties, to add special dryer, a fast-dry waterborne Anti-corrosive coatings is finally tbmlulated Ibr the end uses on transmission case, automobile and bridge. This paper also researches on the factors affecting properties of fast-dry waterborne Anti-corrosive coatings.
