国际健康素养演进路径文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的梳理国际健康素养领域的主题演进路径,预测发展趋势。方法选取Web of Science数据库中的SCI-E和SSCI为数据源,将引文分析、聚类分析和引文战略坐标相结合。结果基于高被引论文的11个热点主题很好的展示了健康素养的发展路径。结论健康素养的研究主题经历了健康教育、公众健康素养调查和健康素养测评工具研究、健康素养对卫生保健和卫生产出的影响研究、健康素养的研究对象不断细化等阶段。目前,针对慢性病、传染病、精神病和肿瘤等具体患者和女性、老年人等具体人群的研究成为新的发展方向。Objective To reveal the evolution pathway and development trends about international health literacy. Methods We retrieved the whole documents data by topic word ＂health literacy＂ from 1974 to 2011 in SCI-E, SSCI. The co-citation cluster analysis and citation strategic diagrams were combined to analysis these documents. Results 11 hotspots according to highly cited papers revealed the development trends of health literacy commendably. Conclusion Health literacy research topics went through stages of health education, public health literacy survey, health literacy as- sessment tools research, the impact of health literacy to health care and health outcomes, and the study objects character thinning. New research hotspots were focus on patients of chronic diseases, infectious diseases, mental illness and other specific cancer, or specific population as women and the elderly.
