摘　　要：设计一种GSM短信无线自动抄表系统,它比手工抄表效率更高,比无线传感器网络智能抄表系统成本更低.系统由上位机、下位机以及智能表终端三部分组成.上位机通过GSM短信完成与下位机的通信,下位机与智能表终端通过RS-485通信,从而实现高效率、低成本的无线自动抄表.A GSM - SMS - based wireless automatic meter reading system is introduced in this paper. It is more efficient than manual meter reading, and cheaper than automatic meter reading based on wireless sensor networks. It contains three parts： upper computer, lower computer and terminal. The upper computer and lower computer communicate by GSM SMS. The lower computer and terminal communicated by RS - 485. The wireless automatic meter reading process is finished efficiently and inexpensively.
