摘 要:目的评价微波辐射对雄性大鼠生殖系统相关参数的影响。方法二级健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠34只,随机分为空白对照组14只,辐射组20只,用高功率脉冲微波辐射雄性大鼠,对照组不予辐射,常规饲养。14d后大鼠股动脉取血,分离血清,采用化学发光法检测作血清性激素检测,并剖开附睾和附睾管,采用WL-9000精子分析仪分析精子总数和前向运动精子密度,取睾丸组织光镜观察组织学变化情况。结果辐射组大鼠血清睾酮和孕酮浓度分别为(160.83±26.29)ng/dl和(43.89±5.70)ng/dl;对照组分别为(791.46±30.69)ng/dl和(8.05±2.28)ng/dl,辐射组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。辐射组精子总数和前向运动精子密度分别为(11.00±1.83)×10^6/ml、(0.71±0.11)mol/ml;对照组分别为(16.67±4.73)×10^6/ml和(1.09±0.29)mol/ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。光镜观察大鼠睾丸组织辐射组可见生精上皮层轻度疏松、生精细胞变性、坏死和脱落,腔内精子减少,生精小管腔内间质蛋白水肿液积聚等。结论高功率辐射可引起睾丸早期损伤,辐射后的睾酮变化提示睾丸问质细胞对高功率辐射较敏感。Objective To evaluate the effects of microwave radiation on the related-parameters of reproductive system in male rats. Methods A total of 34 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group(n= 14) and the radiation group(n= 20). Rats in the radiation group were exposed to a high power microwave radiation. Rats in the control group was conventional breed under no radiation environment. Fourteen-four days later, their semen and blood were collected for sex hormones analysis. The sperm count, motility of sperm were measured using WLW9000 computer-assisted self assessment, and the levels of sex hormones were detected by Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay, and the testicular tissue histological changes were observed under light microscope. Results The levels of testosterone and progesterone in the radiation group were (160.83 ±26.29) ng/dl and(43.89 ±5.70)ng/dl, and(791.46 ±30.69)ng/dl and (8.05±2. 28)ng/dl in the control group, respectively. There were significant difference in levels of testosterone and progesterone betweenthe radiation group and the control group (P〈0.05). The count and motility rate of sperm in the radiation group were (11.00±1.83) × 106/ml and (0.71±0.11) mol/ml, andin the control group (16.67±4.73)× 106/ml and (1.09±0. 29)mol/ml, respectively. There were significant differences between these two groups(P〈0.05). Histological changes of testicular tissue including rare fraction of seminiferous epithelium,degeneration,necrosis,shedding of spermatogenic cells,decrease of spermatozoa, protein edema fluid accumulated in the seminiferous tubule the testis were obersved under light microscope. Conclusion High radiant power may cause early injury of testis, and the changes of testicular tissue shows that the interstitial cell of testis is more senstive to microwave radiation.
