摘　　要：中国与俄罗斯在数字图书馆知识产权保护方面有着类似的国情,面临着同样的任务、问题与国际压力,加强数字图书馆知识产权保护领域的交流与合作存在坚实的基础。介绍了俄罗斯数字图书馆知识产权保护的现状和措施,探讨了俄罗斯数字图书馆知识产权保护对我国数字图书馆知识产权保护的启示。China and Russia,which have similar national conditions in aspect of intellectual property protection of digital library,are facing the same tasks,problems and international pressures.So,there is a solid basis between the two countries in strengthening the communication and cooperation in the field of digital library＇s intellectual property protection.This paper introduces the present situation and adopted measures of Russian digital library＇s intellectual property protection,and probes into the enlightenments of Russian digital library＇s intellectual property protection to Chinese digital library＇s intellectual property protection.
