摘　　要：阐述了科技查新中"科学技术要点"及"查新点"的撰写,分析了"科学技术要点"与"查新点"的关系,给出了查新委托应注意的问题。This paper expounds the writing of the sci-tech outlines and novelty retrieval points in sci-tech novelty retrieval,analyzes the relationship between the sci-tech outlines and novelty retrieval points,and puts forward some problems needing attention in novelty retrieval authorization.
