摘　　要：《国家"十二五"科学和技术发展规划》明确将煤矸石资源化利用列为发展重点,《大宗工业固体废物综合利用"十二五"规划》提出以煤矸石高附加值、规模化利用为目标,以煤矸石胶结充填、煤矸石生产建筑材料、煤矸石发电为重点,推进煤矸石综合利用。介绍了煤矸石资源化利用的政策、科技支持,从科技创新角度阐述了山西省煤矸石资源化利用的一些成效。The National Twelfth Five-Year Program for Long and Medium-Term Scientific and Technological Development clearly lists coal gangue＇s resource utilization as the focus of development,and the Twelfth Five-Year Program for Major Industrial Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization points out that the comprehensive utilization of coal gangue should be promoted with the target of high added-value and large-scale utilization of coal gangue and the highlights of coal gangue＇s cemented fill,building materials production and power generation.This paper introduces the policies and sci-tech supports for coal gangue＇s comprehensive utilization,and from the angle of sci-tech innovation,expounds some effects of coal gangue＇s comprehensive utilization in Shanxi Province.
