疏血通注射液用于系统性红斑狼疮继发肺动脉高压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏血通注射液对系统性红斑狼疮继发肺动脉高压(SLE-PAH)的疗效。方法选取SLE-PAH患者60例,随机分成2组各30例,对照组予常规激素+环磷酰胺片治疗,疏血通组在常规治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液治疗。观察2组患者在治疗前后的症状、肺动脉压力和血D-二聚体的变化。结果与对照组比较,疏血通组患者的症状改善总有效率明显升高,肺动脉高压和血D-二聚体等均显著下降,2组比较均具有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液治疗SLE-PAH效果显著,值得推广。Objective It is to observe the effect of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with pulmonary arterial hypertension（SLE-PAH）.Methods Sixty patients with SLE-PAH were randomly divided into 2 groups,there were 30 cases in each groups.The patients were treated with conventional hormone and cyclophosphamide tablets in both groups,and then Shuxuetong injection was used in Shuxuetong group.The changes of pulmonary arterial pressure and blood D-Dimer level were observed.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate of Shuxuetong group was remarkably heightened;pulmonary arterial pressure and blood D-Dimer level were remarkably decreased in Shuxuetong group.There were significant differences between both groups（all P0.01）.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection show more effective in treatment of patients with SLE-PAH and is worth for generalization.
