摘　　要：目的:探讨周围居民对社区内在治肺结核患者支持态度及影响因素。方法:以在治肺结核患者周围居民为对象,采用自行设计问卷进行入户调查,对调查结果进行描述性分析与单因素卡方检验。结果:627份有效问卷中,44.1%应答者表示会更关心家属/亲属肺结核病人,24.3%表示"不来往或尽量保持距离"等负面态度;只有26.3%应答者表示会更关心邻居/同事结核病人,而46.3%持疏远倾向。低年龄、外地户籍、高文化水平以及工人等职业居民对肺结核患者支持态度更为明显。知晓肺结核传播途径与定点诊治地点等深层次核心信息的居民对患者的支持倾向更明显。结论:应重视社区居民对患者的社会支持,加强对患者周边居民深层次健康教育,鼓励对肺结核患者支持态度更明显的居民帮助肺结核患者顺利完成疗程。Objective： To explore the supportive attitudes towards TB patients in communities and analyze the influencing factors. Methods： A survey was performed with self-design questionnaires among the residents who are living nearby the TB patients. Descriptive analysis and Chi-test were applied to analyze the data. Results： A total number of 627 valid questionnaires were included. About 44.1% respondents demonstrate that they would give more support when their family members or relatives got tuberculosis, but there were 24.3% respondents express the negative attitudes of ＂never contact＂ or ＂keep distance＂. However, only 26.3% respondents would give more concern to neighbor or colleague who got TB, and 46.3% respondents expressed negative attitudes. Young residents, immigrants, high-educated and workers inclined to have supportive attitudes. Respondents who knew transmission path and designated treatment institutions of TB tend to have more supportive attitudes. Conclusion： There is a need to attach more importance to social support for TB patients in the communities. Indepth health education should be conducted for neighbor residents. Residents who tended to have supportive attitudes should be encouraged to help patients finish the treatment course successfully. Key Words Pulmonary TB; Community Resident; Attitude
