摘 要:目的了解并分析2级综合性医院门诊的噪声情况,为医院控制噪声提供参考依据。方法 2011年8月18—20日,应用噪声测量仪测量上海市某2级医院门诊的各种噪声,并记录8:00~16:00的每小时等效声级及各种噪声源的A声级。结果门诊各区域噪声都超过国家标准,其中预检台、儿科门诊、儿科输液室和内科方便门诊的噪声强度较高,等效声级均在70 dB以上。门诊各区域在不同时段的噪声水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。噪声主要来源于说话声、小儿啼哭声、打印机声及治疗车轮声。结论门诊的噪声污染严重,应加强医护人员对噪声危害性的认识,优化医院环境,改进医疗流程,以降低门诊的噪声。Objective To assess the noise exposure in the outpatient department of a general secondary hospi- tal, and to provide basis a general secondary hosp sure levels from 8:00 to for the control of hospital noise. Methods The noise in the outpatient department of ital was measured by noise monitors. The equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pres- 16:00 were recorded on August 18-20, 2011. Results The noise levels in all areas of outpatient department were higher than the sound of national environmental quality standards. The values of e- quivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure exceeded 70 dB in the service platform, the children's transfu- sion room, pediatric outpatient clinic and easy access clinic for internal medicine. There were significant differ- ences in the noise levels in outpatient department at different time points ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). The noise mainly came from conversation, children's cry, stylus printer and mobile casualty treatment centre. Conclusion The noise pollution in outpatient department is serious. The medical staff should strengthen the awareness of noise hazard, optimize workir, g environment, and improve medical process.
