摘 要:目的探讨不同肠内营养液的温度对老年患者胃肠道的影响。方法选取2011年1月—2012年12月上海市普陀区人民医院收治的胃肠术后行肠内营养的老年患者210例,随机分为3组,每组各70例。分别将加温器夹持于入鼻温度为35℃、37℃和39℃的供应管路上进行持续加温,观察喂养第3~7天患者胃肠道的反应。结果肠内营养第3~6天,35℃组患者胃肠道反应发生率最高,39℃组患者的胃肠道反应发生率最低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);至第7天,3组的腹泻发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同肠内营养液的温度对老年患者的胃肠道有影响,39℃的营养液能有效减少肠内营养胃肠道反应的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of enteral nutrition liquid at different temperatures on gastroin- testinal tract in elderly patients. Methods A total of 210 elderly patients with enteral feeding in our hospital were selected from January 2011 to December 2012. They were randomly and equally divided into three groups. The heating device was clamped into the supply pipeline to keep the the nasal temperature at 35 ~C, 37 ~C, and 39 ~C. The reactions of gastrointestinal tract were observed from days 3 to 7. Results From days 3 to 6 the in- cidence of gastrointestinal tract reaction was the highest in 35 ~C group, and the lowest in 39 ~C group (P 〈 0.05 ). On day 7 the incidence of diarrhea was not significantly different among three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Con- clusion The nutrient solution at 39 ~C can effectively reduce the gastrointestinal tract reaction in elderly pa- tients.
