摘  要:为克服目前由于创新教育体系缺乏、创新教育受益面低而导致实行创新学分制困难,有必要研究适合多种专业的大学生创新型人才培养体系。按照创新学分制实施要求和分层次创新教育思想,将创造学教育、专业知识学习和创新技能训练有机结合起来,融普适型创新教育与精英型创新实践训练于一体,建立大学生创新型人才培养体系及保障机制。通过制定创新教育激励政策措施,建立合格稳定创新教育教师队伍,加强创新教育过程有效监督和管理,促进课外创新训练有效开展,将确保创新学分制全面实施。In order to overcome the difficulties in implementing the innovation credit system caused by the lack of innovation education system and a small percentage of students benefiting from innovation education, it is necessary to make research to devise an innovative talent production system suitable for a variety of majors. According to the requirements for the implementation of innovation credit system and the thought of muhilayer innovation education, innovative talents production system for college students as well as its safeguard mecha- nism should be established by combining creation education, professional knowledge study and innovation training and integrating universal innovation education and elitist practical innovation training. Comprehensive implementation of the innovation credit system will be ensured through formulation of innovation education in- centive policy and nurturing of stable qualified innovation teaching staff as well as by strengthening effective supervision and management in the process of innovation edueation and promoting the effective development of extracurricular innovation discipline.
