摘  要:目的探讨数字化三维钛网在颅骨缺损修补手术中的应用价值。方法对我科68例应用数字化j维钛网进行颅骨缺损修补手术患者的临床资料进行回颐性分析。结果68例患者均塑形满意,术后无一例皮下积液、脑脊液漏、硬膜外血肿、硬膜下血肿及切口感染等并发症发生,术后癫痫发作1例,经抗癫痼治疗后随访半年未见再次发作。结论应用数字化三维钛网修补颅骨缺损,塑形满意度和吻合度高,排斥反应和并发症少,可作为颅骨缺损修补手术的首选材料。Objective To investigate the value of digital three-dimensional titanium mesh in skull defect repair surgery. Methods Sixty-eight cases using digital three-dimensional titanium mesh of the skull defect repair surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results Sixty-eight patients showed satisfaction after operation. No subcutaneous fluid, cerebrospinal fluid leak, epidural hematoma, subdural hematoma and wound infection and other complications occurred. Conclusions The application of digital three-dimensional titanium mesh treating skull defects presents satisfaction and high rejection response, and can be used as the material of choice for skull defect repair surgery.
