摘 要:大量的试验发现对摩擦系统施加的锤击脉冲力能够激励出摩擦尖叫噪声。对这种由锤击脉冲力激励出的摩擦尖叫噪声进行时频分析,发现它与摩擦系统自激产生的摩擦尖叫噪声具有相同的时频特性。为了找到锤击脉冲力激励出摩擦尖叫噪声的原因,进行了更深入的试验研究,结果表明摩擦尖叫噪声与磨屑有十分密切的关系,同时发现锤击脉冲力会使摩擦系统产生更多磨屑,大量磨屑的突然产生可能是导致锤击脉冲力激励出摩擦尖叫噪声的原因。A series of tests were performed to study effect of hammering inpulses on friction squealing noise here. The results showed that a hammering inpulses exerted on a friction system can lead to friction squeal noise. A time- frequency analysis for this kind of hammering-excited friction squeal noise was conducted. The analysis results clearly demonstrated that the hammering-excited friction squeal noise and the self-excited friction squeal one have the same time- frequency characteristics. Further test study was performed for understanding the origin of hammering-excited squeal noise. The test results showed that there is a very close relationship between debris and friction squeal noise. It was found that a hammering-excited exerted on a friction system can cause more debris; thus, the hammering-excited squeal noise formation is attributed to the effect of a large amount of debris generated in a very short time.
