摘  要:针对现有无线传感器网络节点的不足和机械振动信号采集的需求,设计一种可实现机械振动信号采集和片上处理的无线传感器网络节点。该节点采用MEMS加速度传感器拾取振动信号,以低功耗FPGA芯片为控制核心,采用可编程片上系统技术,将数据采集、存储、处理和传输等控制功能模块集成到单个FPGA芯片中。本文着重介绍了节点数据采集、存储和传输部分的硬件电路和控制逻辑设计,对比实验表明该节点能有效采集和监测机械振动信号。To overcome shortcomings of the existing wireless sensor network (WSN) node and meet the requirements of mechanical vibration signal data acquisition, a WSN node realizing mechanical vibration signal acquisition and on-chip processing was designed. A MEMS acceleration sensor was used to pick up vibration signals and a low power consumption FPGA chip was taken as a central processing unit. Adopting a programmable system on chip technology, the data acquisition, storage, processing and transmission control modules were integrated into a single FPGA chip. The design of hardware circuit and control logic for node data acquisition, storage and transmission was introduced emphatically. Comparative experiments showed that the proposed node can effectively acquire and monitor mechanical vibration signals.
