摘 要:目的对中国海域海洋细菌的抗生素敏感性进行分析,为治疗海洋相关性的感染提供依据。方法对中国海域203个采样点获得的海洋标本进行细菌鉴定,用BIOMIC药敏测定仪进行抗生素敏感性判定,用WHONET5.4软件进行统计分析。结果中国海域共分离到海洋细菌569株,其中弧菌222株、肠杆菌100株和非发酵菌87株。弧菌属:中国海域弧菌对亚胺培南、左氧氟沙星、四环素、氯霉素、第三、四代头孢敏感率较高,达85%。中国海域弧菌对氨苄西林和哌拉西林耐药率达40%和20%左右;经χ2检验,不同海域所分离的弧菌对抗生素耐药率不同(P<0.05),渤海海域菌株对抗生素耐药率最高,南海最低。肠杆菌科:中国海域肠杆菌株对碳青霉烯类敏感率达90%左右,中国海域菌株对哌拉西林耐药率达30%左右,其中黄海海域菌株对23种抗生素均有不同程度耐药。非发酵菌属:中国海域菌株对头孢吡肟和碳青霉烯类敏感率80%左右,中国海域菌株对磺胺耐药率30%左右。结论中国海域海洋细菌对临床常用的某些抗生素存在不同程度的耐药性,提示我们要合理使用抗生素,减少抗生素对环境的污染。Objective To learn about the antibiotic sensitivity of China marine bacteria, provide the reference for infection relative to marine. Methods Marine bacteria from 203 sample collecting points of the China Sea were identified. Antimicrobial susceptibility testings were data were analyzed by WHONET5.4 software. Results and 87 strains Nonfermenters were isolated from 569 conducted by using BIOMIC drug sensitivity system. The Total of 222 strains Vibrio, 100 strains Enterobacteriaceae strains bacteria in China marine. Vibrio More than 85% of Vibrio stains were susceptive to imipenem, levofloxacin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol and third/fourth generation cephalosporin in China marine. Higher than 40% and 20% of Vibrio stains were resistant to ampiciUin and piperacillin respectively. There was significance of antibiotic resistance rate of Vibrionaceae in different marine with Chi-square test (P〈0.05). The resistance rate was highest in Bohai, while lowest in Nanhai. Enterobacteriaceae More than 90% of Enterobacteria stains were susceptive to carbapenems, and up to 30% were resistant to piperacillin in China marine. To some extent, overall 23 antibiotics resistance of Enterobacteria in Yellow sea. Nonfermenters More than 80% of Nonfermenters stains were susceptive to carbapenems, and on average 30% were resistant to sulfanilamide in China marine. Conclusions Varying degrees of drug resistance of China marine bacteria can be found in clinical common use antibiotics, which suggest us reasonable using antibiotics and reducing its environmental pollution.
