大蒜素注射液对S180肉瘤和H22肝癌移植瘤小鼠的肿瘤抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:研究大蒜素注射液以及口服液对S180和H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用及对免疫器官的影响。方法:建立S180肉瘤、肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠动物模型,注射液连续腹腔注射给药8d后脱颈椎处死剥离肿瘤、胸腺、脾脏,称质量,计算抑瘤率及胸腺、脾脏、肝脏指数。结果:大蒜素注射液7.5μg/kg、15μg/kg、30μg/kg、60μg/kg、120μg/kg对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别为23.5%、31.5%、39.4%、40.4%、52.4%,其中120μg/kg剂量组相对于模型组有显著性差异(P<0.05);对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别为11.9%、15.9%、18.3%、33.7%、38.4%,其中120μg/kg剂量组相对于模型组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:大蒜素注射液对H22、S180荷瘤小鼠具有良好的抑制作用,且基本不影响免疫器官。Objective： To study garlic injection as well as oral liquid on the S180 and H22 tumor- bearing mice bearing and im- pact on immune organs. Methods： S180 sarcoma, hepatoma H22 tumor animal models, continuous injection intraperitoneal injection 8d cervical dislocation killed peel the tumor, thymus, spleen, said quality, calculate the inhibition rate of the thymus, spleen, liver index. Results： the garlic injection 7. 5μg/kg 15μg/kg 30μg/kg 60μg/kg, 120μg/kg the H22 tumor inhibitory rate were 23.5%, 31.5%, 39.4% , 40. 4%, 52.4%, which 120μg/kg dose group relative to the model group was a significant difference （P 〈0.05） ; the S180 mice inhibition rate of 11.9%, 15.9%, 18. 3%, 33.7%, 38.4%, respectively, which 120μg/kg dose groups relative to the model group was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： garlic injection of H22 by S180, tumor - bearing mice has good inhibition, and does not affect the basic immune organs.
