摘　　要：2012年,全球矿业呈现小幅回暖,国内矿业发展放缓。我国采矿业固定资产投资、矿产品生产和对外贸易增速放缓,大宗短缺矿产对外依存度居高不下,矿业权市场低迷,重要矿产品价格高位震荡加剧。我们应当充分意识到全球能源资源格局正在发生重大调整,需要积极应对;抓住矿业进入低速发展的机遇期,积极参与国际矿业合作,加快推进矿业生态文明建设。In 2012, the global mining goes up again, but China mining goes up slower. In China, the growth of the mining fixed asset investment,mineral products and mineral foreign trade has increased much slower,the degree of dependence on foreign market of bulk mineral, such as oil and iron ore, keeps high level,the market of exploration and mining rights is sluggish, and the prices of important mineral commodities have kept fluctuating at high level. So,we should take measures to deal with the change of the global energy and mineral setup,take advantage of the good chance of slow development of China mining to promote the ecological civilization in mining.
