湖北宜昌低品位胶磷矿选矿工艺研究

摘　　要：试样取自宜昌某地低品位胶磷矿,原矿含P2O516.26%,MgO 5.87%,磷灰石赋存颗粒较细,碳质和碳酸盐含量均较高,且磷灰石与碳酸盐、硅质、黏土质、碳质等脉石矿物相互嵌布或呈包裹体存在,赋存状态复杂。经选矿工艺研究,确定了反浮脱泥除碳、反浮脱镁、加温正浮脱硅的选矿流程,获得最终精矿含P2O531.36%,MgO 0.95%。The grade of Collophane in Yichang is P2O5 16.26 %. The Apitite are fine disseminated, with high content of both Carbon and Carbonates gangue, and the Apitite, Carbonates, Silicate, clay and Carbon are associated with each other. According to our experiments results, we determined the reverse-direct floatation flow-sheet and the final phosphorus concentrate contains P2O 31.36 % MgO 0.95%
