重度子痫前期终止妊娠时机及方式的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究、分析重度子痫前期妊娠终止的最佳时机。方法:选取本院于2010年1月至2012年1月本院收治的150例重度子痫前期的患者为研究对象,对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:150例重度子痫前期孕妇中实施剖宫产的产妇90例,实施阴道分娩的产妇80例,有3例围产儿发生死亡。结论:对重度子痫的孕妇实施严密的监护、密切留意患者的病情,适时对患者终止妊娠,能有效减少产妇及围产儿死亡。Objective： To explore, analyze the best time of severe preeelampsia pregnancy termination. Method： select the hos- pital to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012, 150 cases of severe pre - eclampsia patients for the study, retrospective analy- sis of clinical data, Results： 150 cases of severe preeclampsia in pregnant women, the implementation of the 90 cases of cesarean sec- tion, the implementation of the maternal vaginal delivery and 80 cases, three cases of perinatal death. Conclusion： implement strict monitoring of severe eclampsia in pregnant women, pay close attention to the condition of the patient, termination of pregnancy for pa- tients in a timely manner, can be effective in reducing maternal and perinatal death.
