摘 要:以东庞煤矿为工程背景,针对极复杂煤层起伏变化大、倾角大等技术难点,主要运用了理论分析和技术比较的方法,研究了2612大采高工作面的开采技术和工艺。结果表明:通过机电设备改造和更改拉架顺序等措施,有效解决了大角度俯采过程中存在的问题;合理的注浆加固措施控制住了大采高工作面仰采过程中的煤壁片帮和冒顶。Taking Dongoang Mine as a engineering background, according to a high wavy variation of the ultra complicated seam, high inclination and other technical problems, a theoretical analysis and a technical comparison method were applied to study the mining technology and technique of No. 2612 high cutting coal mining face. The results showed that with the reconstruction of the electromechanic equipment, the change of the powered support advancing sequence and other measures, the problems existed in the high inclined bending mining process were effectively solved. The rational grouting reinforcement measures could control the coal spalling and roof falling during the bending operation process of the high cutting coal mining face.
