摘 要:厚松散层浅埋煤层工作面开采过程中,上覆基岩层将发生全部破断,岩层中无法形成完整"三带",其矿压显现特征与常规埋深煤层工作面存在明显区别。通过对纳一矿316-2上04浅埋深综采工作面支架工作阻力的实测研究,掌握了浅埋深工作面液压支架适应性及矿压显现特征,分析了浅埋煤层工作面顶板来压存在大小周期的原因,研究结果为实现浅埋深综采工作面安全高效回采提供有益参考。During the mining operation process of a coal mining face in a shallow seam and with thick and loose overburden strata, the overburden base rock stratum would he fully broken occurred, there would be no completed "three zones" formed in the stratum and there was a obvious distinction between the mine strata pressure behavior features and the coal mining face in normal depth seam. With a site measured study on the working resistance of the powered support in the fully mechanized coal mining face in No. 316 -2up 04 seam with a shallow depth, the suitability of the powered supports in the shallow depth seam and the mine strata pressure behavior features were understood and the causes of the large and small periods existed in the roof weighting of the coal mining face in the shallow depth were analyzed. The study results could provide the beneficial references to realize the safety and high efficient mining of the fully mechanized coal mining face in the shallow depth seam.
