摘 要:在精密回转设备的研制过程中,由于轴承高回转中存在低晃动误差,影响精度。为分析大接触角推力球轴承的接触特性,依据经典的赫兹弹性接触理论,计算了轴承的静载荷特性参数。结果表明:轴承承载能力满足设计要求。为验证理论分析,采用有限元法结合ANSYS软件进行了非线性仿真验证。分析了接触刚度(FKN)、渗透容差(FTOLN)、接触算法、非对称接触选择、摩擦系数和初始间隙调整等关键参数,并给出了推荐值。轴承承载后接触应力和弹性趋近量与理论计算结果间的误差分别为1.4%和3.2%。验证了分析过程的合理性,为轴承研制的工程问题提供了可靠的设计依据。For analyzing the contact characteristics of the high-angular contact thrust ball bearing in the precision rotary equipment, the static load characteristic parameters of the contact between the ball and the races were calculated using the Hertz contact theory. The results indicate that the barring capacity of the bearing can meet the requirements. Simulations were carried out with the Finite-Element-Method and the FEA software ANSYS to verify the theo-retical analysis. The effects of several most important parameters, including contact stiffness (FKN), penetration tolerance (FTOLN) , contact algorithm, asymmetric contact selection, friction Coefficient and initial Adjustment were analyzed in detail and recommended values were proposed. The errors of the maximum contact stress and the elastic deformation of the bearing contact are 1.4% and 3.2% , which proves the FEM model and FEA process were feasible. It offers reliable design guidance and advanced technique path for the bearing design project.
