摘　　要：学术期刊出版正在经历和面临三大转型,即期刊传播形态的数字化、期刊经营的产业化、期刊生态格局的精细化。文章针对转型期学术期刊编辑的思想困惑,理性分析了三大转型的基本含义及其给传统学术期刊出版业及出版编辑带来的影响,并参照国内外有关观点和做法,提出了编辑未来生存和发展的应对策略,即:坚守学术核心、强化"市场"意识、找准新的角色定位、拓展知识提升能力。The academic journal publishing is undergoing and facing three major transitions - the digitization of jour- nals＇ dissemination form ,the industrialization of journals＇ management and the refinement of journals＇ ecological pattern. Focusing on the ideological perplexity of academic journal editors in the period of transitions, this paper makes a rational analysis of the basic meaning of the three transitions and their impact on the traditional academic journal publishing industry and the publishing editors. Also, with reference to the domestic and foreign ideas and practices, it puts forward some counter - strategies for the future survival and development of editors, namely, stick- ing to the academic core, strengthening the ＂market awareness＂ the knowledge range and improving the capacity. , identifying the new position of their role, extending
