Key Design and Construction Technology Research on Special Cable of Fumin Self Anchored Suspension Bridge in Tianjin City

摘  要:为研究空间索面自锚式悬索桥的受力特性;以天津富民桥为例,对空间索面自锚式悬索桥索缆的计算方法、空间索鞍的受力特性和施工方案、吊杆与钢箱梁连接构造、锚固端受力、钢箱加劲梁屈曲模态、动力性能等关键技术进行分析研究。结果表明在设计空间索面自锚式悬索桥时,应注意主缆和鞍座安全系数的取值应比平行索面的要大;吊杆与钢箱梁的连接方式既要保证缆索索力的传递,又要满足吊杆万向转动的要求;钢箱加劲梁屈曲模态可不必过分注意;由于钢箱加劲梁内存在较大的轴向力,导致自锚式悬索桥的动力性能和地锚式悬索桥有一定的区别。这一结论对日后设计、修建空间索面自锚式悬索桥,具有现时的指导意义。In order to research the mechanical characteristics of special cable of self anchored suspen- sion bridge, based on Fumin Bridge in Tianjin City, the calculation method, mechanical characteristics and construction scheme of special cable saddle, coupling construction of suspender and steel box girder, me- chanical characteristics of anchorage, buckling mode of steel stiff girder and dynamic characteristics and other key technology are researched and analyzed in this paper. The results show that it is necessary to take more large safety factor for main cable and saddle than parallel cable ptane, and the coupling measures of suspender and steel box girder should ensure the cable force transmission and satisfy the requirements of universal-joint of suspender, the buckling mode of steel stiff girder need not to be cared about excessively, there are certain differences in dynamic characteristics between self anchored suspension bridge and ground anchored suspension bridge for more axial force of steel stiff girder. These conclusions have practical refe- rence for further design and construction of special cable of self anchored suspension bridge.
