摘 要:本文实验研究熔盐蒸汽发生器管外高温熔盐的流动换热性能。测试不同熔盐流速下蒸汽发生器管外熔盐的传热系数,并拟合相应的实验传热关联式。考虑高温熔盐的变物性特征,利用黏度项对Wiegand关联式进行修正,得到用于管外熔盐传热的修正Wiegand关联式。研究发现,管外熔盐过渡流传热的修正Wiegand方程与实验测试结果平均偏差小于8%,而紊流传热修正Wiegand方程的平均偏差则小于9%。Convective heat transfer performances of molten salt outside tube have been experimentally investigated in steam generator.The overall heat transfer coefficients under different flow rate were measured,and associated heat transfer correlations were obtained.Because of the change of thermophysical properties,the heat transfer correlations for the transition flow and fully developed turbulent flow were modified by adding viscosity term to Wiegand equation.The mean deviation between the modified Wiegand equation and the experimental data in transition flow was below 8%, while it was less than 9%for the fully developed turbulent flow.
