摘 要:本文应用三维数值模拟对半球突开缝翅片的传热与流动特性进行研究,并利用(火积)耗散理论对其传热机理进行分析。计算结果表明:与平片相比,半球突开缝翅片的传热性能提高24.06%~67.73%,综合性能(k/f^(1/3))提高7.55%~23 88%,换热效果明显好于平片。通过(火积)耗散理论分析显示:半球突开缝翅片的等效热阻小,换热的不可逆程度较低,因而换热性能较好。In this paper,the heat transfer and flow characteristics of semi-dimpled split fin are investigated by numerical simulation and the physical mechanism of heat transfer is analyzed by entransy dissipation principle.The computational results show that the heat transfer performance of semidimpled split fin can improve 24.06%~67.73%and the overall performance increases 7.55%~23.88% compared with the plain fin,which means that the enhanced heat transfer of semi-dimpled split fin is better than that of plain fin.By applying the entransy dissipation principle to analyze the fins, it's found that the equivalent thermal resistance of semi-dimpled split fin is smaller than that of plain fin,and the heat transfer irreversibility of semi-dimpled split fin is lower,so the heat transfer performance of semi-dimpled split fin is better.
