摘 要:为了对提升机卷筒结构进行优化,通过人工免疫算法(AI)和粒子群算法(PSO)的结合形成人工免疫粒子群算法(AI-PSO),解决粒子群算法的早熟问题,增大了全局搜索能力。借助提升机卷筒质量的数学模型,以卷筒质量最轻为目标函数,分别应用PSO、AI-PSO对提升机卷筒进行优化。结果表明,AI-PSO优化速度更快,优化效果更好,可为提升机卷筒的设计提供参考。To optimize the structure of hoist drums, artificial immune (AI) algorithm was combined with parti- cle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to form artificial immune particle swarm optimization (AI-PSO) algo- rithm which overcame the precocity of PSO and improved the global searching capability. The least drum mass serving as the objective function, PSO algorithm and AI-PSO algorithm were respectively applied to optimize the drum with the aid of the mathematical model of drum mass. The results showed that AI-PSO algorithm had faster optimization velocity with better optimization effects, which offered references for the design of hoist drums.
