摘 要:运用模型推理、控制变量法和MATLAB编程方法,分别探讨了物料粒度、功率因数和滑履摩擦对磨机功耗的影响。导出理论状态下,物料钳角α≤2γ时,物料粒度对磨机功耗的影响较低;当筒体与磨辊比值k=2.1左右时,功耗最低;单位功耗与磨辊直径的1.5次方成正比。并且得出了主、副支承滑履方位角θ1、θ2与摩擦功耗的三维关系图。分析结果可为筒辊磨结构参数的优化提供参考,也为后续筒辊磨功耗试验提供依据。By using the model-based reasoning, the control variable method and MATLAB programming method, the paper respectively studied the influence of material particle size, power factor and sliding shoe friction on power consumption of mills. It was concluded: in theoretical state, while material clamp angle at ≤ 2γ, the influence of material particle size on power consumption of mills was the least; while the ratio k of tube to roller was about 2.1, the power consumption was the lowest; the specific power consumption was proportional to the 1.5th power of roller diameter. In addition, 3D relationship diagram of sliding shoe azimuth angle of lord and vice support θ1 and θ2 with friction power consumption was obtained. Analysis results offered reference for optimization of the structural parameters of horomills as well as further tests for power consumption ofhoromills.
