摘 要:以河南某低品位铝土矿作为原矿,利用实验室XFD-1.0型浮选机系统地研究了矿浆pH值、捕收剂用量、调浆转速和浮选转速对低品位铝土矿浮选的影响。试验结果表明:最佳矿浆pH值为9.5左右,捕收剂用量为1200g/t,调浆转速为2500r/min,浮选转速为2000r/min。浮选产品分析结果表明:调浆转速的提高有利于提高低品位铝土矿各个粒级的回收率,尤其是-0.038mm的细粒级,浮选转速提高也能强化-0.038mm细粒级的回收,但会造成细泥夹带,同时+0.074mm粗粒级的浮选回收率略有降低。With low grade bauxite from Henan province serving as sample, the influences of pulp pH value, collector dosage, mixing speed and flotation speed on flotation indexes were studied by using a laboratory XFD-1.0 flotation machine. The experiment results showed that the optimum condition was pulp pH value at 9.5, collector dosage of 1 200 g/t, mixing speed at 2 500 r/min and flotation speed at 2 000 r/min. Analysis re- sults of flotation products indicated: higher mixing speed was beneficial to increasing the recovery of low grade bauxite in all size fractions, especially -0.038 mm particles; the increase in flotation speed improved the recovcry of-0.038 mm particles, while fine slimes was entrained into concentrate and the flotation recovery of +0.074 mm particles reduced slightly.
