补肾活血促卵方治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾活血促卵方治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组方法,分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组服用补肾活血促卵方(菟丝子15 g、川断15 g、枸杞子15 g、鸡血藤15 g、女贞子10 g、泽兰15 g、蒲黄10 g、当归10 g、川牛膝15 g等)。对照组服用克罗米芬。结果:2组妊娠率与排卵率比较,治疗组补肾活血促卵方妊娠率为58.14%,排卵率68.60%;对照组克罗米芬妊娠率为36.67%,排卵率70.00%。结论:统计分析发现补肾活血促卵方治疗后较克罗米芬治疗后妊娠率有显著性差异(P<0.05),排卵率无显著性差异。2组治疗后优势卵泡直径比较无显著性差异,子宫内膜比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of the activating renal blood circulation and ovarian stimulation formula in treating ovulation failure infertility. Method： Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group is administered with the activating renal blood circulation and ovarian stimulation formula （com- posed of 15 g Cuscutae Semen, 15 g Dipsaci Asperoidis Radix, 15 g Lycii Fructus, 15 g Spatholobi Caulis, 10 g Ligustri Lucidi Fruc- tus, 15 g Lycopi Herba, 10 g Typhae Polleu, 10 g Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 15 g Cyathulae Radix etc. ） , whereas the control group was given clomiphene. Result： The treatment group showed a pregnancy rate of 58. 14% , with an ovulation rate of 68.6%. While the control group showed a pregnancy rate of 36.67%, with an ovulation rate of 70%. Conclusion： The comparison between the two groups showed that the activating renal blood circulation and ovarian stimulation formula was significantly different from clomiphene in statisti- cal analysis （P 〈 0. 05.）, without notable difference in the ovulation rate. Before and after the treatment, there is no significant differ- ence in diameter of dominant follicles between the two groups, with remarkable difference in endometrium （P 〈 0.05 ）.
