阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效,旨在为临床治疗冠心病提供进一步的参考依据。方法将2010年1月～2012年1月我院确诊的70例冠心病患者随机分至阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗组(A组,35例)和曲美他嗪治疗组(B组,35例);比较两组治疗后的疗效以及运动持续时间、诱发心绞痛发作时间、ST段下移lmm时间、缺血事件及不良反应。结果 A组的总有效率94.3%,明显高于B组(77.1%)(P<0.05);且A组患者治疗后的运动持续时间、诱发心绞痛发作时间、ST段下移1 mm的时间均较B组长,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组缺血发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病疗效确切,安全性好,值得推广。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of atorvastatin statins combined with trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods All 70 patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided to atorvastatin statins combined with trimetazidine treatment group（A）, Trimetazidine treatment group （B）, each group had 35 cases; After treatment, the efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of A group was 94.3%,was significantly higher than the B group （77.1%） （P 〈 0.05）. The duration of the movement after the treatment of patients in group A,induced angina attack time and time 1 mm ST segment depression than those in group B,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.The ischemic incidence rate of two groups had statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin United trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease have good efficacy and safety, and it is worth of promoting.
