地佐辛在股骨颈骨折手术椎管内麻醉体位摆放时的镇痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察地佐辛对股骨颈骨折手术椎管内麻醉体位摆放时的镇痛效果。方法选择50例股骨颈骨折手术患者,采用随机、双盲法分为观察组和对照组。椎管内麻醉体位摆放前10 min,观察组静脉注射地佐辛5 mg(1 mL),对照组注射0.9%氯化钠溶液1 mL,观察两组镇痛效果及血流动力学的改变。结果在体位摆放时观察组VAS评分、MAP、HR与对照组有显著性差异。结论地佐辛在股骨颈骨折手术椎管内麻醉体位摆放时的镇痛效果确切,不良反应发生率低,安全可行。Objective To observe dezocine analgesic effect in putting body position of intraspinal anesthesia in the femoral neck fracture surgery. Methods All of 50 patients of femoral neck fracture surgery patients were divided into two groups with random and double-blind method, observation group and control group, observation group were injected dezocine 5 mg （1 mL） and control group were injected with 0.9% sodium chloride solution 1 mL 10 minutes before putting body position in spinal anesthesia and observing analgesic effect and hemodynamic changes of two groups. Results There was significant difference between two groups in VAS score, MAP, HR in putting body position. Conclusion Dezocine has analgesic effect exactly in putting body position of intraspinal anesthesia in the femoral neck fracture surgery and a low incidence of adverse reactions,it is safe and feasible.
