摘 要:目的探讨护理管理中第一责任人制度在急诊科临床中的实践效果。方法制定担任业务第一责任人与事务第一责任人的人员条件、工作职责、薪资等,由急诊科主任与护士长共同审核,符合条件的护理人员通过公开竞争、全体科室成员测评以及以往工作表现进行全面考核,优秀者上岗,协助护士长开展管理工作。结果无论是护理质量、人员素质,还是患者满意度,都比实行第一责任人制度前有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论第一责任人制度是一项科学、有效的护理管理制度。Objective To explore the nurse-management in the first responsible institution system in the practice of emergency department clinical effect. Methods We maked a business the first responsible persons and affairs first the personnel condition, job descriptions, salary, ete, by emergency department director and head nurse common audit, qualified nursing personnel through the public competition, all members of the department assessment and past performance comprehensive evaluation,who is on duty to assist the head nurse to carry out management work. Results Both nursing quality, personnel quality and the degree of satisfaction of patients, are better than the first responsible persons before system has improved significantly(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The first responsible institution system is a scientific and effective nurse-management system.
