摘　　要：从提高工具书阅览室的人员素质和加强工具书阅览室的建设两方面阐述了对工具书的有效管理,从多途径宣传工具书、制作常用工具书指南、将电子信息资源与纸本工具书相融合、开展定题服务等4个方面介绍了提高工具书利用率的途径。From two aspects of improving the quality of the personnel of reference books strengthening the construction of reference books reading reading room and room, this paper expounds the effective management of the reference books, and from four aspects of propagating reference books through different channels, making common guide for reference books, integrating the electronic information resources and printed reference books and carrying out SDI （selective dissemination of information） service, introduces some paths for improving the utilization ratio of reference books.
