参芪和胃颗粒对鼠胃肠功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪和胃颗粒对大小鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法:将实验大小鼠动物按高、中、低剂量将参芪和胃颗粒分为3组,与蒸馏水组作阴性对照、多潘立酮组作阳性对照,采用灌胃给药方式,计算大鼠的胃排空率、小鼠的小肠推进率。结果:参芪和胃颗粒可显著增加大鼠胃排空率,3.5 g/kg(中剂量组)、1.75 g/kg(低剂量组)的鼠排空率分别为66.28±6.19、67.38±8.12,与阴性对照组比较有显著差别(P<0.05);参芪和胃颗粒中剂量组(4.5 g/kg)可明显增加肠内容物推进率为68.21±10.23,与阴性对照组比较有有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论:参芪和胃颗粒临床等效剂量可明显增加鼠胃排空和小肠推进作用,结合已做的临床回顾分析该方组成,认为参芪和胃颗粒用于腹部手术后早期,能明显促进腹部手术后胃肠蠕动,进而可预防肠粘连肠梗阻。Objective：To observe the Shen-qi-he-wei Granules promote gastrointestinal function in rats.Methods：Establish animal models in SD and Kunming rats.High,medium,and low doses of the Shen-qi-he-wei Granules particles into three groups,With distilled water as negative control and positive control for domperidone,Use intragastrical administration（i.g）,Calculate the rate of gastric emptying in SD rats and advance rate of small intestine in Kunming rats.Results：Shen-qi-he-wei Granules particles can significantly increase the rate of gastric emptying in SD rats,3.5g/kg（High doses） and 1.75g/kg（low doses）of the rate of gastric emptying in SD rats were 66.28±6.19、67.38±8.12,with the negative control group were significantly different（P0.05）;Medium doses Shen-qi-he-wei Granules（4.5g/kg）can significantly increase advance rate of small intestine in Kunming rats 68.21±10.23,with the negative control group were significantly different（P0.05）;Conclusion：Shen-qi-he-wei Granules can significantly increase gastric emptying and small intestine function in rats.Analysis the prescription with the retrospective analysis of clinical,Shen-qi-he-wei Granules in the early postoperative abdominal application can significantly promote intestinal peristalsis of postoperative abdominal,this can thereby preventing intestinal adhesion intestinal obstruction.
