摘  要:目的:探讨糖尿病肾病大鼠糖代谢调节激素改变及六味地黄丸对其的影响。方法:用链脲霉素建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,六味地黄丸治疗8周后,检测血糖、尿微量白蛋白含量、尿β微球蛋白含量、血清胰岛素、血浆胰高血糖2素、血清及垂体生长激素水平等指标。结果:六味地黄丸治疗组空腹血糖显著降低,血浆胰高血糖素降低;尿微量白蛋白含量、尿β微球蛋白含量降低;垂体生长激素水平下降。结论:六味地黄丸有调控糖代谢调节激素,保护肾功能等作2用。Objective To investigate the effect of LiuWeiDiHuangWan (LWDHW) on the changes of regulatory hormone for glucose metabolism in diabetic nephropathy rats. Methods Diabetic nephropathy rat model was established by using Streptozotocin. After the rats were treated with LWDHW for 8 weeks, the blood glucose level, the contents of urinary microalbumin and urinary β2 microglobulin (β2-MG), the levels of serum insulin, plasma glucagon and growth hormone in serum and pituitary were all measured. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of fasting blood glucose and plasma pancreatic glucagon in LWDHW treatment group were significantly lowered. The contents of urinary albumin and urinary β2-MG were decreased. The pituitary growth hormone level was descended. Conclusion LWDHW could play the role of regulating the levels of regulatory hormones for glucose metabolism and protecting renal function.
