功能锻炼配合音乐疗法对下肢骨折患者住院满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较两种不同功能锻炼方法对骨折患者住院满意度的影响。方法:将80例下肢骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组和实验组各40例,两组分别按不同的方法进行功能锻炼。结果:试验组病人出院时的住院满意度明显高于对照组。结论:在下肢骨折患者行功能锻炼的同时增加音乐干预,可以增加护理服务的人文关怀,使病人感受到被重视,从而提高住院满意度。Objective To compare the effects of two kinds of functional exercise for degree of satisfaction of fractures patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with fractures of lower limb were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. The patients of two groups were accepted different functional exercises. The experimental group patients were treated with functional exercise combining with musicotherapy, and the control group patients were only treated with functional exercise. Results The degrees of satisfaction of patients in experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group. Conclusion To add the music intervention into functional exercises for patients with fracture of lower limb could increase the humanistic care of nursing services, make the patients feel to be thought highly of, then improve the degrees of satisfaction of patients.
