论我国政府信息公开制度的发展与完善

摘　　要：政府信息公开与我国民主政治制度建设紧密相连,是推进我国民主政治制度建设的重要举措,是提高政府公信力的基本途径,也是坚持走中国特色社会主义政治道路的必然要求。党的十六大以来,我国民主政治制度建设不断加强和完善,政府信息公开制度建设也取得了显著成绩。在新时期的历史制高点上,需要继续夯实我国政府信息公开的社会基础,强化政府信息公开的正确理念,确定政府信息公开的合理范围,建立政府信息公开的审议机构,进一步健全和完善我国政府信息公开制度。Being closely linked with the democratic system construction in China,governmental information publicity is the request of the development of Chinese democratic system,the basic path to enhancing government credibility,and the demand of adhering to the socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the 16th CPC Congress,with the improvement of democratic system,China has made remarkable progress in governmental information publicity.Currently,we need to solidify its social foundation,set up the correct concepts,establish a reasonable range of governmental information publicity,and build up a corresponding sanctioning organization.
