摘　　要：随着新世纪新阶段我军历史使命的拓展,应对多种安全威胁、完成多样化军事任务日益紧迫,使部队卫勤保障能力建设面临挑战。作者在全面分析当前卫勤保障能力建设形势的基础上,提出要按照打仗型后勤要求,以时不我待的使命感,使卫勤系统融入实时感知、高效指控、精确打击、快速机动、全维防护、综合保障集成于一体能力体系,打造全面过硬的卫勤保障力量,全面提升平战时卫勤保障综合能力。The military medical service capacity are confronted with the challenges from the broadening historical missions, various security threats and multiple military duties. Based on the comprehensive analysis of current situation, the author introduced an integrated system which idea came from the fighting logistics demands, to build up the wonderful military health service ability of the army. This system is composed of real - time percep- tion, efficient command and control, precise beating, rapid maneuver, full- dimension protection and support.
