摘　　要：本文结合新一周期医院等级评审工作的主题思想,围绕加强军队医院医疗质量管理体系建设,提出了构建以质量为核心的监控体系、以安全为重心的保证体系、以病人为中心的服务体系、以管理为轴心的制度体系及以绩效为靶心的目标体系内涵建设思路。Combining with the theme of hospital accreditation work and the present status of the construc- tion of medical quality system in the military hospital, We put forward the new construction ideas of the medical quality system as developing quality- cored monitoring system, the safety- based guarantee system, the patient - centered service system, the management- axis institution system, and the achievements- targeted goal system.
