摘　　要：由单纯医疗型医院向研究型医院转变,是军队医院适应国内外发展形势、中国特色军事变革的必然要求,是贯彻落实科学发展观、提高卫勤保障能力、有效履行军队"三个提供、一个发挥"历史使命的客观需要。军队医院要以增强发展力、竞争力、凝聚力为重点,加强基础设施建设和精细化管理,不断提高科研创新能力,扎实推进研究型医院建设。To adapt to the domestic and foreign development situation and the Chinese characteristic mili- tary change, the translation of the military hospital should be taken for the medical - oriented to the research - oriented, which is also the impersonal need of implementing the scientific outlook on development and improving the ability of medical service support, and performing the historical mission. So for the military hospital, it is im- portant to strengthen the development force, competence and cohesion, and strengthen the infrastructure construc- tion and fine management, and improve the scientific research innovation ability constantly.
