摘　　要：当前我国社会融资由以间接融资模式为主向以直接融资模式为主的结构变迁趋势不断加快,商业银行面临的挑战愈发明显。本文对当前我国社会融资结构变迁的主要特征及其对中国经济的影响进行了分析,据此提出了商业银行推进战略转型的应对策略。Currently, the social financing transition pace of indirect financing mode to direct financing model continues to accelerate. The challenge that commercial banks faced is increasingly imminent. This paper analyzes the current social financing structure change of our country and the main characteristics of the impact on the Chinese economy; then the paper puts forward the suggestions about transition strategies for commercial banks.
