摘　　要：警察言语行为直接关系到公安机关的形象以及履行职责的质量和水平,当前民警在言语态度、言语陈说以及言语策略方面存在不少问题。就文化因素的负面影响而言,有"义务本位"传统法律文化的影响,有"强制性权力"职业理解的影响,有"主流价值观式微"社会环境的影响,有"敏行讷言"传统观念的影响,还有重"文"轻"言"语文教育的影响。公安机关在警察教育中需注意文化的渗透影响与言语训练的强化。The speech behavior of police directly affects the image of public security organs and the quality and level of duty fulfillment. Current situation indicates that policemen have much trouble in speech attitude, speech statement and speech strategies. Cultural factors lead to several negative effects, such as effect of traditional legal culture of ＂duty-first＂, effect of the misunderstanding of the career with coercive power, effect of the social background with the declining main social values, effect of traditional ideas of smart behavior and cautious speaking and effect of emphasizing writing and neglecting speech in education of Chinese. Public security organs should pay attention to the effect of cultural infdtration and stress speech training in police education.
