中药熏蒸对治疗产妇会阴侧切口的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏蒸对治疗产妇会阴侧切口的效果。方法按入院先后顺序将80例产妇分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。实验组采用中药熏蒸会阴侧切口,对照组采用传统治疗方法。比较两组产妇会阴切口疼痛程度、泌乳量、舒适度及母乳喂养自信心情况的差异。结果实验组产妇会阴切口疼痛程度轻于对照组;舒适度、泌乳量、母乳喂养自信心优于对照组,两组比较,均P﹤0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论中药熏蒸产妇会阴侧切口,可减轻会阴侧切口的疼痛,提高产妇舒适度,是一种安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the treatment effect of TCM fumigation on the lateral perineal incision. Methods 80 parturients were equally assigned into the experiment group and the control group： the former received fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on the perineal incisions and the latter treated with routine method. The two groups were compared in terms of pains in the perineal incision, volume of lactation, comfort degree and self-confidence. Results Compared to the control group, the degree of pains was lower, the volume in lactation was larger, the level of comfort was higher and their self-confidence was better, all with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM fumigation on lateral perineal incisions is safe and effective, for it may alleviate the pains in the incision and improve the comfort degree in the parturients.
