摘　　要：目的对腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症发生进行总结,探讨临床处理预防方法。方法对2008-10～2011-08施行的638例LC资料进行回顾性分析。结果成功完成LC 638例,中转开腹9例,手术时间25～150 min,平均55 min。术后住院5～11 d,术后胆瘘3例,腹腔出血1例,术中胆管损伤1例,无胃肠道损伤及腹腔感染等并发症,无死亡病例。结论解剖清晰,定位准确,手术仔细谨慎可有效减少LC的并发症。Objective To summariz laparoscopic cholecystectomy complications and to explore the clinical treatment methods of prevention.Methods On 2008 October ~ 2011 August executed in 638 patients with LC were retrospectively analyzed.Results Successful completion of the LC was 638 cases,9 cases were transferred to laparotomy,and operation time was 25min ~ 150min,55min average.Postoperative stay ing hospital was 5 ~ 11 days,postoperative biliary fistula was 3 cases,abdominal hemorrhage was 1 cases,intraoperative bile duct injury was 1 cases,no injury of gastrointestinal tract and abdominal cavity infection and other complications,no death case.Conclusion Anatomy of clear,accurate positioning,careful operation can effectively reduce the complications of LC.
