摘　　要：目的通过多模式镇痛及规范化的疼痛管理,使护理服务更温馨、患者更满意。方法构建骨科无痛病房护理管理模式,具体方法包括:选择合适的疼痛评估、专业化疼痛管理程序、实施疼痛干预、注重个体化镇痛、加强健康宣教、有效的与患者沟通。结果通过创建骨科无痛病房,患者更加满意疼痛治疗方式、疼痛照顾、止痛效果,并且更乐意选择无痛治疗。结论通过建立先进的骨科手术后疼痛管理体系,我们大大的减轻了患者疼痛感,提高其睡眠质量,使得患者可以早日康复。与此同时,我们也给患者提供了高质量的护理服务。Objective To apply multimodal pain relief and standardized managements of pain to warmer nursing services and patients＇ satisfaction.Methods Selection of proper pain evaluation,professional procedures,intervention,individualized relief model,health education and effective communication with patients were adopted.Results Treated in the newly established painless wards,the patients were more satisfied with the painless treatment method,services and pain relief effects.Conclusion By means of new pain managing system and qualified nursing services after orthopedic operations,patients＇pain were significantly alleviated,quality of sleep improved,and recovery became sooner.
