摘 要:目的探讨一种新式的教学方法在整形外科临床教学中的应用及效果评价。方法在循证医学教育观指导下,以我校整形外科本科班学生为研究对象,平均分成两组,分别用不同的教学方法实施整形外科课程教学。最后以科学合理的评价手段对授课效果进行评价。结果无论是传统考题总分,还是病例分析试题总分,试验组平均值均高于对照组,且两组间成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新型教学方法与传统教学方法相比有明显优势,有望在临床教学中得到推广应用。Objective To explore the application and effect of a new teaching method in the clinical teaching of plas- tic surgery. Methods Under the Evidence - based medicine educational philosophy, we choose the undergraduate students of plastic surgery as the object for study. They were divided into two groups, using different teaching meth- ods in the teaching of plastic surgery. Finally, we adopt a scientific and rational evaluation tools to evaluate the teaching effect. Results The experimental group was higher than control group in the average score of traditional ex- am and case analysis questions. Meanwhile, the results between the two groups were statistically different ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Compare with the traditional teaching methods, the new teaching method has obvious advantages. The new teaching method is expected to be used widely in clinical teaching.
