摘　　要：在理工科院校背景下,文科艺术类专业研究培养模式和管理方式存在诸多不同特点,其党建工作也面临着许多新问题和要求。本课题意在深入总结研究生党建工作中存在的问题和不足,探寻研究生党建工作方法的突破点。通过对研究生党建工作的强化,发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用和研究生党员先锋模范性,以学术活动为载体,不断提高研究生的思想政治素质,使研究生党建工作上水平,以带动整个文科艺术类专业学术、研究及人才培养全面发展。In the context of science and engineering colleges, there are many different characteristics in Liberal Arts professional training model and managementapproach,the work ofparty building is also facing many new problems and requirements. Problems and shortcomings, to explore the subject in depth summary of graduate work of party building breakthrough point of the graduate work of party building methods. Through the strengthening of party-building work of the graduate to play the party branch fighting barrier role and graduate vanguard party and exemplary academic activities as the carrier, and continuously improve the ideological and political quality of graduate students, graduate of party building work level to drive the entire liberal arts arts class professional academic the comprehensive development of the research and personnel training.
